We will send a written agreement for your review and approval. This agreement details the plan for the sale, and any fees or commissions that will be deducted from the final sale price.

Our specialists will work with you to determine the best option for your equipment. We generally receive items at our warehouse in St.Catharines, but depending on location and type of equipment, it may be beneficial to both parties to avoid shipping costs by keeping some pieces at your shop.

After we have completed photographing and lotting your equipment, we publish the auction catalog, which is available to the public.
Potential buyers must register with us as bidders to participate in the sale. We qualify every bidder to preserve the integrity of the sale.
We open bidding for one week, typically from Thursday to Thursday.
On the last day of bidding, lots are sold with a ‘staggered close’ of 1 lot per minute.
If a bid is registered in the last minute, an additional 4 minutes are added

Once we have collected payment from all buyers, you will receive a detailed report, including the final sale price of every item.
